Welcome to Pet Point Veterinary Clinic. My name is Anca.

I provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for dogs and cats, with a particular focus on soft tissue surgery and veterinary dentistry.

For more than ten years, I have worked as a small animal veterinarian in veterinary hospitals and practices in Luxembourg and France. My goal is to offer modern, high-quality veterinary medicine based on precision, compassion, and respect for every patient.

I graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Bucharest, Romania, and later completed my PhD at Justus Liebig University Giessen (Germany), where I specialized in molecular biology and microsurgery.

I also hold the European School for Advanced Veterinary Studies (ESAVS) Certificate in Soft Tissue Surgery, earned after several years of advanced postgraduate training, five successful examinations, and the completion of an extensive clinical case portfolio.

One of my main professional interests is the surgical treatment of brachycephalic breeds. Improving their breathing, comfort, and overall quality of life through modern surgical techniques is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.

Another important area of my practice is veterinary dentistry. Through numerous advanced training courses and examinations, I have developed extensive expertise in diagnosing and treating dental diseases. Dental problems are often underestimated, yet they can cause significant pain and have a major impact on an animal's overall health and well-being.

To me, veterinary medicine is much more than a profession—it is a true vocation. I believe that clear communication, transparency, and a trusting relationship with every pet owner are essential to providing the highest standard of care.

At the beginning of my career, I had the privilege of working with the international animal welfare organization Four Paws, where I contributed my surgical skills to help animals in need. This experience profoundly shaped both my professional and personal journey.
